FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All catering packages will be priced depending on how much product you want. In addition to that (depending on the type of catering option you choose) there is a service and/or transportation fee. Please look at the catering packages on the website closely, and feel free to reach out should you have any questions!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I connect with a customer I like to have a quick phone call to go over details for the event and options. I'll want to know how many guests, what types of products they're looking for, do they want any customizations/add-ons, etc. I'll take down this information and then send them a quote. Depending on the event and specifics around it, I may need more lead time than a typical event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the food industry for a long time, and my first job at a restaurant was actually at an old fashioned soda shop where they served all types of frozen desserts. Other than that I've done a lot of research and taken several courses on opening a food based business.
