- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Seraph Technology Solutions believes in clear, straightforward pricing so customers understand costs before work begins. Our standard consulting rate is $85 per hour for professional IT services performed during normal business hours. This does not include any materials or approved expenses required to complete the task or issue (i.e. parking, additional hardware, parts, etc.). Work requested outside our standard service window of 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Central Time, including emergency and holiday support, may be billed at an after-hours rate of $127.50 per hour. NOTE: all work (both onsite and remote) has a two-hour minimum requirement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Seraph Technology Solutions brings decades of hands-on IT experience along with professional Microsoft training and industry certifications. Our expertise has been developed through a combination of formal technical training, certifications, enterprise consulting experience, and years of supporting real-world business environments. Our qualifications include Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certifications, along with extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Windows Server, networking, cybersecurity, cloud migrations, and endpoint management. We have also worked in senior engineering and consulting roles supporting organizations ranging from small businesses and nonprofits to healthcare organizations and large enterprises. This experience has provided extensive training in IT infrastructure, security, cloud technologies, troubleshooting, project management, and industry best practices. Technology changes constantly, so continuing education and staying current with Microsoft cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and modern workplace technologies are an important part of how we operate at Seraph Technology Solutions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Seraph Technology Solutions grew out of decades of hands-on experience in IT support, systems engineering, consulting, and enterprise technology. After working in technical and consulting roles supporting organizations of all sizes, I saw that many small and midsized businesses needed the same level of technology expertise available to large enterprises—but without the cost and complexity of maintaining a large internal IT department. That led to the creation of Seraph Technology Solutions. For more than 16 years, we have helped businesses solve technology problems, improve security, move to the cloud, modernize their IT environments, and provide dependable ongoing support. What started as a passion for solving technical problems has grown into a business focused on becoming a trusted technology partner for our clients. We combine enterprise-level experience with personalized service, practical recommendations, and solutions designed around each customer's specific needs.
