Our monthly fee is 10% of your rental price for our services, but we do price match & negotiate on multiple properties! Never any hidden fees, everything explained up front. Currently, we are doing a Spring Fling Discount only until the end of June, $100 off services- send us a message!

This company currently manages 3 of my properties, and they do an exceptional job! Very attentive, detail oriented and are super professional. Relaxed Stays had everything you could want from a cozy, clean, secure, charming home!! The property was well-maintained and we felt right at home. The decor was beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the utilities worked without any issues. Rebecca was quick, kind, helpful, and responsive with our questions and her local recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. We will be sure to stay here again on our next vacation!!!!
