IT-Teks reached out a few minutes after I submitted my project and they contacted me to learn more about the project. They were communicative and showed up promptly at our scheduled time. Norman debugged a very tricky problem with a shorted wire behind a wall. He offered up a couple solutions and had me choose. It worked very well! Thank you so much.
