Norman was able to come out quickly and help us when our entire wireless network went down at our business. He was VERY responsive and easy to communicate with, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was able to diagnose the issue and educate our team on what happened. He followed up the next day and has been such a kind person to work with. We will definitely be using his services again!
