Art was a great Coworker and used his experience in AutoCad and Microstation to draft Chicago Public Schools project drawings and Roadway drawings efficiently. He required little supervision and produced quality work.

I worked with Mr. Jimenez in the past because I needed CAD drawings in regards to a property boundary dispute. I had hard copy drawings and a survey. Mr. Jimenez came out to survey the property and developed AutoCad drawings. His drawings were accurate and reflected the hard copy drawings and what was going on in terms of the property boundary issues. His drawings were prompt and accurate. I was very happy with his services and would use Mr. Jimenez again in the future.

Well this is my 1st time doing this so I am not sure if I should charge by time or per drawing.

Currently Electrical Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, Security (CCTV) and HVAC, Piping drafting, as well as Civil Drawings for Utilities
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be certain on what you require drafting or drawing wise what one wants.
