- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is for what the customer needs/wants we do not over sell we only recommend what's needed, and the customer can choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will get a friendly visit for a free quote. all questions and concerns will be answered. we will provide you with a detailed project plan and proposal. If the customer would like to move forward we just simply sign the proposal and get install dates. the crew will call with an ETA when in route. Once the crew arrives they will induce themselves and start protecting the walkway, furniture, furnaces, etc. Foreman will keep customers updated on all progress and once completed we will do a final walkthrough with the customer answering all questions and concerns while we explain the new system. Once the customer is 100% they will pay the final balance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this industry over 15 years ago with b-dry. over the years I have developed experience and knowledge in every situation. I started my own company as I wanted to build something great and help customers with cheaper prices.
