The deck repair has not begun but I'm fully confident I'll be happy. Sean was great. He fully understood what I wanted and did not "push" for more. I like that. A great first impression and with Sean being so easy to talk I knew after speaking with other contractors with more on the list my mind was made up. (smile)

We found Sean and his team when looking for a local contractor to help us build a small deck alongside a backyard rework. This project required that they work in tandem with a landscaping crew that they did not previously know. In short, they did an incredible job and I wanted to call out two specific instances which will tell you why you should work with them for your next project:
First, we had an architect draw up the small deck and thought we were ahead of the game. So much so that we already poured a concrete support due to having some garage work done and some concrete left over. When Sean arrived to take a look at the job he immediately noticed that the deck drawn up by the architect wouldn't make sense and asked if it would be alright to make adjustments to the drawing before we submitted for a permit. He could just as well have said, "well you paid an architect, I can build you what they drew" but instead he proved to be the professional that he is and more. This didn’t just include updating the drawing but removing the existing support and pouring two new supports so that the job would be done right.
Second, due to the timing of the landscapers he framed the deck ahead of them and they then completed the blue stone/concrete fill of the area around it. The landscapers had made an error (which they gladly addressed later on) and didn't get the grading right. Instead of Sean pushing on them to address their mistake, he took action to figure out how we could counterbalance the grading issue if need be so that the project could keep moving forward. That very landscaping crew reached out this season to get his contact info because they have a job in the area that requires some deck work. Clearly they saw what we saw in Sean and his crew.
All in all they were a great group to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I highly recommend Sean and his team to all of my neighbors! He is very talented at building decks, they do wash and stains too. Very knowledgeable and he was looking out for our best interests. Great communication and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Love our new deck!

Had my wood deck replaced with Trex. Quality of work was amazing and this was an easy contractor to work with. Sean understands decks…especially composite. Yes it is pricy but so worth it if you’re looking for a great outdoor space. Love my composite deck so much! Professional job done for sure.
