We didn't end up moving forward with Kelley's Flowers for our wedding, but wanted to offer some positive feedback. Kelley stuck out to us because she's very proactive and will start sharing her ideas right away. She definitely has a lot of passion and excitement for flowers and she wants to satisfy her customer. Kelley's prices are also the most competitive and fair compared to in and around the Chicagoland area, especially her set-up/services cost. To us, she stuck close to our budget without trying to cut back any floral decoration, she didn't try to nickel and dime us, she was upfront with her pricing and either stuck to it or let us know about changes ahead of time. Finally, she was able to meet up with us on more than one occasion and at more than one location. She's willing to travel anywhere you need her and to work with you.

Kelley was very disorganized. I had to keep track of what we decided on for flowers the entire time. The center pieces and table flowers were pretty. The bridal party was horrible. My bouquet was so small it looked a bridesmaid bouquet. The flowers were falling out and my reception hall had to keep trying to fix it. The bottom was not wrapped how we discussed either. The bridesmaids also were unbelievably small. The flower girl’s pomander’s were two different sizes and their flowers also were falling out before we made it down the aisle. The mothers corsage’s were tiny roses and looked like something a child would wear. Last but not least all of the men’s flowers fell apart. They did not even make it to pictures. I was highly dissatisfied and would not recommend Kelley’s Flowers.

Pricing of flowers varies by variety, season and size so in order for a florist to get an accurate and fair price waging they should meet with you. My prices bouquets average 85.00 boutaniers average 9.00 Crosages average 15.00 centerpieces start at 25.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure we both know exactly what they've imagined and we create it into beautiful 💐 flowers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at American Floral Art School and became certified in design over 20 years ago.
