- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a free Diagnostic Review of your Quickbooks Online in which I provide a detailed plan for getting your books up to date and streamlined as well as an up front estimate for the services. If a clean up/catch up client chooses to retain me for monthly services, a prior client discount is given. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It begins with a phone call with follow up emails in order to assess what the client's biggest need is. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Public Bookkeeper and Quickbooks Online Advanced Pro Advisor.
