What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate I stay till the job is done an if the customer needs something extra done I will just go ahead an do it I don't believe in charging people for everything that you do
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always listen to what customer wants done then I make sure there stuff is done that they wanted done plus if I see anything that needs to be cleaned that they didn't mention I will clean it
