- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every device has a different price depending on the repair that needs to be done. A competitive quote will be given with taxes included, as well as a Lifetime Warranty and a $30 Tempered Glass Screen Protector for free! Pricing can vary depending on the location of the repair. If you are referred by a current customer, you will receive 10% off your repair and if your refer a new customer to us you will get $5 in the mail!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer reaches out about their device. We collect information and diagnose the problem over the phone. We provide a quote and then meet for the repair at a time and place that works best for them. We come to them and repair the device and they are welcome to watch and ask questions or they can do something else while we repair the device. Payment is collected after the repair is completed and the customer walks away with a brand new looking device.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees train for 2 weeks on numerous devices and do every repair possible. After that they continue education as new devices come out. Our employees have over 3 years of hands on experience with almost every device including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Androids, computers, tablets, and laptops.
