Excellent customer service, on time, hard working. Moved some furniture out the way to maximize cleaning of carpets. Cleaned out my ducts and dryer vents. Then drove to my former home and cleaned 3 carpeted rooms right after. Highly recommended and Military friendly!

Excellent service all the way around, from Bruce and Charlie on the phone, to Chris and Bob doing the cleaning. We had ductwork and dryer vent and our microfiber loving room furniture cleaned at a very reasonable price. This is a small family owned company with the right business plan. Every step was explained as to what they were going to do as well as why. They were efficient and quick. Photos of the ducts before and after. Bruce called me within an hour of them leaving to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended!

Monte & Jim did our duct & dryer vent cleaning. They were great, explaining what they were doing, being careful of our home and taking the time to dig into this 98 yr old home system to figure out where all the dust was coming from. At first all looked pretty good on the pics but then they came across a very dirty part which they cleared and it's already made a big difference. They were friendly and gave us tips which we appreciate. The only snafu occurred was when Monte finished he called into the office so I could pay by cc. He specifically told the office person the bill amount did not reflect the promised 10% senior discount and what should be charged. I repeated the proper amount when I got on the phone as I gave them my cc, but somehow it still ended up being charged at full price. When I saw the charge hit my cc the next day I called the office and they apologized for the mixup, saying they would put a check in the mail for the difference. Later that afternoon one of their service people dropped off the check at our house. That's good customer service!
