Emma was fantastic. Experience with her was excellent all around. Responsive, professional, and her work was high quality. Unlike some, she had no issues at all with the small backsplash job I needed completed and her price was fair, especially for the quality of work and service received. She worked around my difficult schedule and listened to all my concerns and desires for the project. Good communication throughout. She had no issue working with the tile I had pre-bought and was understanding when we had to wait for more to arrive. She even came over to help select which tiles we wanted to use and to plan their layout. I am thrilled with the final result and will absolutely be using Emma for future projects. A pleasure to work with.
