I hired Distinctly Clean to clean all tile and carpets for a home purchase, prior to moving in. The work effort would have taken 2 homeowners a long day, if not two days. Arrangements, expectations of schedule and work effort, and scheduling were handled promptly upon request, along with an advance price quote. It was a pleasure to coordinate this work with a professional such as Benj Knapp. On the day of cleaning - the team arrived on time, took all necessary precautions during setup, explained the process and answered questions cheerfully. Work was completed on time, as promised and results were outstanding!

We had some water in our basement that soaked all the carpet padding, but the carpet was deemed recoverable. Distinctly Clean was exceptionally professional and brought our carpets back to looking like they were brand new. We also asked them to clean a couple of area rugs that came out great. Benj was great to work with, explaining the process and in all the years we've had carpet cleaning, we've never seen carpets come back to life as they did with Distinctly Clean. We will definitely use them in the future.

Couldn't be happier with our completed project. Benj re-sealed our 7 year old exposed aggregate drive and stripped and re-sealed a 30 year old exposed aggregate. They both look like new and match! Benj's attention to detail is unmatched and exceeded my expectations. It was so nice not to have to do quality control on projects you're paying someone else to do. I have already referred Distinctly Clean to friends and will definitely use them in the future for grout, carpet cleaning and epoxy coating. Our facility had several stains in the lobby and hallways. All the stains were removed. The furniture was moved, cleaned under, and put back in the correct location. The service was completed in the time agreed upon and the amount was the same as quoted. There were no surprises on cost! The carpet looked revived and new again.

Wow I can't believe the difference in our bathroom grout! Beautiful job! We were also very pleased with spots coming out of our carpet including on our carpeted steps. High quality job done for a reasonable price. Thank you Distinctly Clean!
