We had a really tough case, and Charles solved it! Great work. The first company we hired to get rid of our wasps wound up refunding our money, since the nest was hard to reach (under shingles and in outside wall of house). Natural Pest Solutions had better solutions and more tools. Loved the infrared camera he used to locate the nest.
