Charles came out to treat pests in our home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He’s a truly swell fellow 😎patient, attentive, and someone who actually listens to our concerns..He has a great sense of humor, and made the whole visit comfortable. He clearly knows his stuff and didn’t need an entourage to prove it—just confident & helpful. He’s officially our new amigo & even our pitbull Nala, gave him the seal of approval (which says a lot!). We had a really tough case, and Charles solved it! Great work. The first company we hired to get rid of our wasps wound up refunding our money, since the nest was hard to reach (under shingles and in outside wall of house). Natural Pest Solutions had better solutions and more tools. Loved the infrared camera he used to locate the nest.

5 Stars and let me add *Responsiveness and Value. When MR. M called me back- I was hysterical. Mouse hydroplaned past me trynta to dive for my Dogs' food Bowl. Mr. M navigated like a NINJA! Convention Over. Terror Terminated. Don't bother looking anywhere else! I'd tried advertised home solutions! Upon seeing droppings I bought OTC solutions. OMG Even though my house was filled with "stuff- Mr. M navigated like a NINJA! Convention Over. Terror Terminated. Don't bother looking anywhere else!
