Wow, this service was truly exceptional. Andrii went above and beyond for us. With all the snow Chicago saw during the first week of December, we never had a chance to put up our lights ourselves. Andrii came to the rescue in the freezing cold, even providing lights when ours stopped working, and he stayed until everything was perfect. He could have easily done the bare minimum, but his professionalism and work ethic far exceeded our expectations—especially on such a cold night. Absolutely 5 stars and then some!
