- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. The cost depends on the size of the premises and the scope of work. We offer discounts for regular customers, as well as special offers for regular cleaning services (weekly or twice a month). The final price is agreed upon before the start of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the client's wishes — the type of cleaning, frequency, characteristics of the premises, and the desired result. Then we offer an approximate cost and agree on a convenient time. On the day of cleaning, we arrive on time, bring our own eco-friendly chemicals and equipment, and do the job to the client's complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have undergone special training in professional cleaning and disinfection of premises. I also have knowledge of the use of cleaning products and the proper organization of the work process. I am constantly improving my knowledge to ensure high quality services.
