About All Aspects Baseball and Softball Academy

At All Aspects, we pay attention to detail. Exceptional drills to work on hitting, pitching, fielding, strong arm and more. Our professional instructors keep the environment fun but also pushing the player to get results and build confidence. We currently have 8 baseball instructors and 6 girls softball instructors.

Looking for a facility to host your team practices? We have a fully turfed and enclosed fielding area (60x75) for team/league pracitces, evaluations, clinics, throw long toss,, birthday partys and more at our South Chicago Heights, IL location.

QFS (Quicker Faster Stronger) individual and group sessions available Mon 6:45pm-730pm and one on one sessions on Saturdays mornings.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Hitting, pitching, fielding, over hand throwing, catching and positional lessons.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask for references. Ask how long your longest client has been with you.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My work as an instructor is very important to me. I start from the ground up to assure correct mechanics and fundamentals are being used to help build confidence and a better ball player.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love working with athletes to help them reach the best that they can be. With hard work comes results, rewards and a smile.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Clients ask how many times should they come for a lesson? Many factors attribute to the answer. Budget, skill level and goal in mind with lessons.
Ask what days are lessons available? We are open 7 days a week excluding national holidays.
What are our hours? Mon-Fri 3:30pm-10pm. Weekends 8am-10pm by appointment only.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Helped a client make his high school baseball team with no prior experience playing baseball. Granted we worked twice a week for a year but his dedication and hard work paid off.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Choosing a instructor or facility that cares and has a fun, positive atmosphere for learning the skills needed to become a better player. We do care about our clients.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Teaching is a skill and bringing results and smiles to all involved made me make this my profession.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I keep in touch with other colleagues from all over the US in this industry for any new ideas on drills and updates on teaching the mechanics and fundamentals.
