- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are factors that go into pricing such as square footage, location, whether it is a house, condominium, or commercial property, and whether it has a basement, crawlspace or attic.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by explaining the inspection process and what it encompasses. Then I then inspect the house and make sure the client understands all issues and operation of the mechanical systems. At the end of the inspection, we will review any items or issues found during the inspection.
