Cleaning service was great, planning to schedule again. My only issue was arriving at the scheduled time, no they were not late but decided to come much earlier than scheduled. Thankfully I just arrived back home, but it did make me change my plans

Details: 2 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Deep cleaning • No pets in home • Once a month

Let me start by saying I HATE leaving negative reviews and I know I would never hack it providing a cleaning service. Because of that I debated leaving a 2 or a 3. I settled on three but will be as detailed as possible so you can decide. I’m very grateful to those who provide that service and also appreciative that Clinton New Generation Cleaning was able to fit two houses in on a relatively tight timeframe. However, We paid $460 for cleaning two homes which cumulatively took less than 4 hours for both (closer to 3.5 hours). At that rate, I definitely expect out of this world cleaning. One house was larger but cleaner and one was smaller but definitely needed more work. We disclosed the presence of cats in the second and that both houses needed a deep clean.

The first house had a kitchen sink that was not touched at all, including food in the drain. The kitchen counters also all still needed a more thoroughly cleaning and the stove had a glob of eggs. There was a rug not vacuumed and two bathroom mirrors still dirty. The second house still had many areas with cat hair and dried stuff (who knows with kids), counters that weren’t cleaned, dirty bathroom mirrors and just literal stuff on the ground. Also two bedrooms couldn’t be cleaned due to the presence of the cats - despite multiple disclosures and the cats being scared and just trying to hide.

Lastly, I made a big deal when booking about my mom’s immunocompromised Status and the necessity of masks at all times. But one girl had her mask beneath her nose which I didn’t see until the end.

Overall, It’s hard to capture in pictures but this definitely isn’t work up to the standard I would expect for the price. I think the three stars is generous and I would not use again.
