About
I like to use what the client already owns. My redesign is driven by the tastes & possessions of my client and if they need more or new things my choices will seamless fit into the existing scheme. If I do your home - it will be as unique as you are. So many designers just do what they personally like - I believe it's not about me - it's about my client! Seeing my clients falling in love with their homes. Using rooms they ignored for years because they weren't comfortable. Saving my clients money.

Susan is fabulous! She deserves more than 5 stars. Her professional expertise with decorating, choosing paint colors, tile design, baluster configuration and much much more were greatly appreciated. Susan is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about design. She took her time with me and answered my many questions. In addition to her decorating design, she will share with you various places where to purchase items you are looking for at the most reasonable price. Susan also will use current pieces you have in your home if she feels it will be more beneficial in another area of your home. I could not have asked for anything more from Susan she is WONDERFUL.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

My biggest request is to help a client pick out colors for their rooms. Color selection is very hard and considering the cost of having a room painted - you don't want to make a poor choice. There are so many colors available - it can be overwhelming, so the majority of the people choose white. White is not a color.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask them why they do it. It's not just about where they went to school, pictures of past jobs - it's all about what they will do for you. If they have a passion for making things look good and helping people fall in love with their homes - then they will listen to what you want - not what they want. Be sure they listen to you. But just as important - you have to be honest with them. Them them what you hate as much as what you love and please tell them what your budget really is. They can not help you and do their best unless they know exactly what they have to work with. Contrary to popular a design will not spend all your money cause they can - we will use what you have in clever ways to get the biggest bang for your designing buck
