We had decided to get a few estimates before choosing a roof repair service. We felt so comfortable after we met Enrique. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his product. He explained what he felt we needed and pointed out a couple of problems we were not aware of. We felt confident we were making the right choice with HighRise Exteriors. When they started the work, it was done in a day including cleanup. Our roof is beautiful and we've even had a couple comments from neighbors about how good it looks. Price wise, HighRise was very reasonable. We got a new roof, several additional vents and a new chimney for a third of what we were quoted by another roofer. I highly recommend HighRise!!

Enrique was amazing to work with. Our project started as gutters and turned into a roof and gutters replacement. He kept up with the changes and we are so happy how it turned out. His team was able to get it done quickly before the weather changes. We are planning on having them replace our skylights next season. 100% recommend.

Pricing is arguably one of the most important parts of choosing a contractor and to us being honest, transparent and providing a reasonable price for the homeowner is a huge deal. Thats why whether you need your roof replaced, gutters installed or leaf protection for example, we can offer multiple types of products and systems that can fit your budget and needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out to us for an estimate we gather first some information over the phone like full name, email and such to have good contact information for them in the future. Next we simply gather info on what project they are looking to do and schedule a date for a technician to come out and provide a detailed estimate on site. All estimates are always free!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
