Did the job two others couldn't do and made it seem easy. He checked his work and ensured everything was working properly with the dishwasher and not leaking before leaving. Fixed the mistakes of others without complaint. Was also knowledgeable about the product and differences in set-ups amongst various lines. Would hire again!
