Introduction
I am a Crystal Lake based yoga instructor, teaching group and private lessons throughout the Northwest Suburbs. With only three tools, your breath, mind and body, it is my hope that I can help others find inner peace and cultivate more love, happiness and gratitude.
As a teacher, I want to empower people to know that everything they need to succeed is already inside them. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to teach others the practice of yoga, to help bring a tiny bit of peace to every person I meet and to continually grow each day.
