I couldn’t be more happy with the services New Day has provided for me! Jane has been my favorite massage therapist for years and is extremely commitment to proving the perfect, personalized treatment to meet my individual needs. She goes to great lengths to create the perfect ‘spa’ environment with music, a fountain, essential oils and more to promote wonderful stress-reducing relaxation. Her years of experience as a physical therapy aide allows her a broader understanding of the human body and has given her a lot of insight, allowing her to address pain issues highly effectively. Recently I have also benefited from the personal coaching Jane now offers. Her support and encouragement as she coaches me on not only healthy diet and physical activity choices but also mindset and positive thought patterns has helped to shift my attitude towards what I ‘should’ do for my body to actually looking forward to taking more and more simple steps to improve my overall health and well-being. I would highly recommend Jane’s services to anyone who feels stuck in a rut and wants to make some healthy personal changes in their life.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Health and Wellness coaching program called Dream Catchin' is a 12 week program where the client and myself meet weekly on Skype for sessions. The cost of program is $600 to be paid via paypal prior to 1st session, or can pay in 2 payments of $305 each, one prior to 1st session, 2nd prior to 6th session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Health and Wellness coaching program called Dream Catchin' is a 12 week program where the client and myself meet weekly on Skype for sessions lasting approximately 40 minuntes. I am certified by Real Balance Global Wellness Services Inc., Wellness Mapping 360 degrees program. certified thru 9/9/2021.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended health and wellness coaching training with Real Balance Global Wellness Services Inc. in 2019 to become certified as a Health and Wellness coach. Attended ITMW in Davenport, Ia. in 2004 for education leading to my certification and license as a massage therapist.
