Introduction: Four reasons:
1. I am a professional management consultant. I started consulting with Booz Allen & Hamilton (one of the top firms) after seven years with leading corporations and learned consulting from real masters of the consulting process, true experts in their disciplines.
2. I do not accept work that I cannot do with professional skill and quality and I do not subcontract work to some other consultant whose work I have not seen.
3. I do not accept work that will not have a value to the client of more than three times our charge for the work.
4. I know how to do work that other consultants cannot do: radically increase market share for businesses in mature business-to-business, for example.
Mostly I enjoy exceeding my clients' expectations.
