Ryan Elliott did a superior job for me and my cats. He sent me daily photos to show me everyone were doing just fine. And I could tell from the pictures that my cats liked and approached him too. He will be my go to guy for petsitting from now on. Thanks, Ryan, for your excellent care.

We hired Ryan for overnight stays at our house while we were out of town. He did a great job taking care of our dog. Ryan sent us updates twice a day with photos which we found very reassuring. Before the overnight stays Ryan came to the house to meet our dog and they connected immediately. We are very pleased with Ryan’s work and we have already asked him to schedule another overnight stay.

Ryan was great with our very timid cats. He played with them either laser pointer and fed them twice a day. Photos he sent at each visit were fun. Will definitely ask him to catsit in the future.

Ryan cared for my 2 cats & he did such an outstanding job that I have him booked for several future times.
One of the cats needs special care & meals every 4 hours. The cat has IBS & Ryan followed directions & the cat had no episodes on his watch!
Ryan fed the cats, played with them & kept us updated every time he visited ( 4 times a day) with pictures.
And I know the litter boxes were taken care of frequently - we really appreciate that Ryan even swept the bathrooms - one cat is a mess maker -
Ryan is responsible, dependable, caring, & the cats took to Ryan immediately. You mind will certainly be at ease with Ryan in charge!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a New Client Information Sheet which gives me all information needed to take care of your pet(s) while under our care which will be emailed to you. It also lists any terms and conditions that we have. I also like to schedule what I call a "Meet & Greet," which includes a meeting with your pet(s), yourself, an associate on my team, and myself to make sure we're all comfortable with each other.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the pet care industry for over 20-years. I started when I was 20-years-old, and started 'house/dog sitting' for a friend of my mother's. Eventually, my client base grew between 10-15 clients. Last year (2020), I saw an acquaintance of mine was selling her pet care business. I was in the real estate field for over 20-years, and was let go from my position in October of 2019, because my boss found out that I was interviewing with other companies. After 4 months of sending out resumes, getting no responses until after the New Year, receiving lousy job offers, etc, I decided to jump off the driving board (so to speak), and start my own pet care business full-time!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always schedule a Meet & Greet to make sure everyone is happy! You want to be able to see how your pet sitter, dog walker, etc interact with your furry friend.
