Very professional and proud of their craft. Our railing was custom made to fit, one piece at a time. They took their time to level and remeasure, no short cuts. Saul was our main contact. Very responsive and knowledgeable and made sure we understood the entire process.
Sal was fantastic! He is very personable & professional. I put my Thumbtack inquiry in on 7/8/26, & he responded the same day. My husband & I wanted a metal railing for our front porch. Sal was very informative about the work process, when his company wld be available to complete job, & provided a fair price via email invoice the next day.
Our job was scheduled for 7/20, & even tho he ran a bit late, he contacted me promptly to advise that he’d run late on an earlier job. Even tho he arrived a bit late, his attn to detail was unparalleled! He gave me dif rail options, & even custom painted the rail he installed to match our mailbox/house trim. Wet happy with the repair to our front steps and our new hand railing. The railing looks original to the house and has a beautiful detail that looks so much better than the original railing had. Work was done quickly and communication was great!
Sal and his crew did a great job resurfacing my front steps. The railings were beautiful. They very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. I will hire them again for future projects.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having railings done can be expensive. They can be time consuming which adds to labor cost. But I still keep my prices low and affordable. I also work very well with budgets and repeating customers always get a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I like to show them a few railing examples from my actual work. so they are sure with the design they want to go with. I explained how everything else works from time wise to payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of welding and fabrication experience.
