Dealing with Tracey Bond has been a nightmare. Her ad said "$109.00 total price (Photo capture - edit and file delivery services only)." Based on this, we expected that she would take pictures of our wedding, then deliver to us the image files captured by her camera. While she *did* photograph the event, what then happened was that she tried to charge us per image, drastically increasing the price from what she advertised. Then, after much argument, she sent us an incomplete set of overly Photoshopped images, some of which were rendered in black & white instead of full color; and group-photos of important people which Tracey took at the time were missing from what we finally got from her. She refused to send us the original image files - photos that we signed no release for, and which she does not own. We have received incoherent, wordy, rambling rants from her in response to our simple request for the original, complete set of image files captured by her camera. We neither asked for nor agreed to any Photoshop modifications whatsoever. We are so bewildered as to why simply giving us the image files we hired her to capture is so difficult for her. It is what she was paid for, per her ad. While she appeared credible and was very good at gaining our trust, we have never hired anyone so uncooperative and so unprofessional - ever.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent quality time during my childhood in front of my Grandfather's camera lens. He built a darkroom into his bathroom basement. Its kinda sorta in my DNA you could say. If he were alive today, using DSLR cameras much less on a mobile smartphone device he would felt on top of his world. He would be proud of his influence on my life as much as I am proud of his accomplishments. He overcame The Great Depression went back for a second degree at the Art Institute of Chicago and became the City of Chicago's first graphic artist - designing the historical street signs from his drafting table still in the basement today. #EPIC

Individual, nature, indoor/outsoor, product, thematic and customized portrait photography, model photoshoots, business networking event photoshoots, social business events that are newsworthy; special occasion photography birthday parties and all other life-centric event photography.
