- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically quote a flat fee, no matter how many court appearances the case might require. Sometimes it’s not beneficial to the client to finish the case as quickly as possibly because that may not lead to the best outcome. My job is to make sure that my clients case is resolved with as much benefit to the client as possible, and a flat fee does not make the client feel like I’m trying to over charge him.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a free initial interview to determine what exactly the client needs and what course of action need to be taken to resolve their case effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree and I have dealt with many different types of cases. From petty tickets, to misdemeanors or felonies.
