We are sorry Todd we are a small business in dixon and our office ladies are new and training we are not the best at marketing currently. We are trying to provide customers with the best electricians and so we pay them more than most companies around and have hired the best guys I could find. Unfortunately it’s leaving us on the higher end of the spectrum and we could not compete with that price. When you told her you already had someone coming we realized we probably can’t help you. We would love to win your business but unfortunately we can’t take all the jobs and sometimes we just can’t compete on prices when people are looking for budget. I’m the master electrician and owner and if you ever need a service call or have an emergency, I’ll come out for free just as an apology for the experience. Hopefully we may win your business in the future.
