- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are negotiable depending on the.service. I believe that a.spectacular event begins with.an imagination, ingenuity and perserverance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to initially speak to the customer by phone or in person. Although technology is awesome,there is no greater contact than human interaction. I believe that a customers voice tells so much more than written words could ever describe. Once we.have.had the initial conversation then emails,text, FB and any other media communication is fine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified event planner with over 10 years of experience I have a Bachelor Degree in Sociiology and a Masters in Business.
