We had a great experience with John. He was punctual, attentive, and made sure he fully understood the situation before beginning the work. The installation of our power vent water heater was done beautifully, and everything was left clean and in great condition. Its clear he takes pride in his work. Finally a company that has fair pricing and quality workers. Were very grateful! Highly recommend.

Pleasant and informative service call from John at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Jonn provided a complete estimate prior to performing any service. Reviewed all areas of concern but did not pressure or attempt to upsell. John was courteous and knowledgeable.
