Art from Lifeline came to our home to check out a number of plumbing projects I had been putting off. He had to give me some news I did not want to hear about these projects, but did so in the kindest most compassionate way. He answered all of my questions and did all he could to problem solve for me. We will be having Art or one of his colleagues back soon to finish this work. I believe it was Joe that came to install my saltless water softener. Joe had it up and running. Quality work! I purchased the softener and it came with a plastic ball valve. Well, that failed and it was a mess. I called Joe, he headed right back and put a metal ball valve. That is a HUGE plus in mt customer service book! Great job!
