Oneness Networking & PC Repair

Introduction: I have been passionate about computers and computer networking since the early 90's. Ironically, I really disliked computers when they first arrived on the scene only because of the steep learning curve, but once I became comfortable with how they functioned I really enjoyed them. I started my LLC (Oneness Networking & PC Repair) in 2020 after working for several large companies as a systems/network engineer around the globe for over 20 years. While working full time, I would frequently build/repair/manage & maintain PC's for friend's, family members and work colleagues on the side. I always enjoyed the look of joy on people's faces when I re-introduced them to their working Windows/Macintosh computers. I specialize in networking PC's/servers/routers/switches/firewalls/load balancers/surveillance cameras as well as PC repair (Windows/Mac). When it comes to PC repair, I come to your location to pick up your PC, repair it at my office and bring it back to you once repaired. I do house calls as well. Estimates are free and I always email my customers a price quote/waiver prior to any ordering of parts/performing any repairs. I understand that handing your PC to a stranger and having them take it away can be a scary experience. So, during the repair process I always make metal notes to make sure I frequently keep in touch with my customers to make sure they are up to date with the status of their PC. I am also integrated to getting to your location promptly at the dates/times we agree upon. I always make sure to contact my customers via text when I'm 10 minutes away from either pick up, or drop off. When all is said and done, I enjoy following up with my customers to see how things are running.
