Austin was very professional, knowledgeable about his product and company. The worker was extremely professional and courteous. I plan on having my garage , to be completed by Encore in a couple of months. I would recommend this company, if you are looking for professionalism’s and knowledge. Austin work very diligently to get my work completed early than , the schedule was showing.

Encore coating did a great job on my garage floor , very professional and more importantly it took them only few hours to do it . The new technology they used called Polyurea much better than Epoxy. Yes I would recommended to my friends to use Encore coating . Thanks again

I had a very positive e experience with the sales person, Dominic Garza. He came to my condo on time and was very professional. He explained the process that I would go through to to coat my balcony with the concrete coating. We picked out a color from the samples he brought he was patient enough with me. He emailed my condo association regarding the proposal for this work. Unfortunately my condo did not approve the color that I picked out, I chose a color that would compliment the building and the wrought iron railing on the balcony, he went back-and-forth with the condo association to try and get this approved. He gave me a 21 day window that if the condo board did not approve my request that I would get my deposit refunded. he was very professional called me back instantly when I left him a message I couldnt ask for a better salesman than Dominic Garza hes very professional and knowledgeable very detailed in the process that would go on. He gave me a copy of the proposal at our first meeting and told me if I needed anything just to please contact him which I did and he responded immediately.

Crew was very professional and did excellent job on the garage floor. Both crewmembers completed the work ahead of the scheduled time and left the area clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering having their floor redone.

Great quality job! They did the floors in our home garage (which we use as storage extension for our business so we were doing a total garage remodel) just as winter season was beginning so I was a bit concerned. In fact it was raining when the install team came so getting part of the garage done which was exposed to the rain wasn't possible (technically it was already part of the driveway, a strip of concrete just outside the garage but I wanted it done originally). However, the rest of the project went smoothly. They did a fantastic job (lots of dust got inside the house but we were warned it might happen), so all good. We're very happy with the results. Highly recommended. Won't hesitate to call them again if I ever have another project like this in the future.
