My pricing is always transparent and competitive. I offer fair rates based on the size and type of cleaning service needed, and I’m happy to provide a free estimate before starting. For recurring clients or larger projects, I also provide special discounts. My goal is to make sure you receive quality service at a reasonable price with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and professional. First, I communicate with the client to understand their specific needs and expectations. Then, I provide a clear estimate and explain what the service includes. On the scheduled day, I arrive on time and bring all the necessary supplies and equipment. During the cleaning, I focus on attention to detail and quality. Finally, I make sure the client is satisfied before completing the job, because their trust and peace of mind are my priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in the cleaning industry in 2019, where I gained hands-on experience and learned professional cleaning techniques. Over the years, I’ve trained in residential, apartment, and commercial cleaning, always focusing on quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. In 2024, I founded my own family business, A&E Serv Cleaning, to provide clients with trusted and professional service.
