The process starts with understanding the customer needs and ultimately what they are wanting to achieve. Once this is understood, a detailed scope of work/contract is developed for the project, allowing the customer to gain full understanding of what to expect going forward.

I am a mechanical engineer by education and practice. I have worked extensively on construction projects for 20+ years.
