FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a range of coaching packages at affordable prices. My most popular package is the 8-week program, which includes 8 one-hour coaching sessions, plus access to a library of resources and materials. While insurance providers may not cover the cost of coaching, there are still many benefits to utilizing a coach. Coaching is an investment in yourself and your future, and can help you make positive changes in your life so that you can reach your goals more quickly. I also offer discounts for those who sign up for multiple sessions or packages at once. If you are unsure which package is best suited to your needs, I am happy to discuss the options with you during our free initial consultation so that we can find the right fit for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers begins with a free 30-minute consultation. During this call, we will discuss your goals and I will answer any questions you may have about my coaching approach. We also use this time to assess if we are a good fit to work together. If you decide that you would like to work with me, we will then book your first coaching session. During the first session, we will review the coaching agreement and discuss any specific goals or areas you would like to work on. After that, each coaching session will focus on helping you build the skills and strategies you need to reach your goals. I am also available between sessions to support you via email, 15-min check-ins, or text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach through American Military University’s online program. Through the certification program, I have completed 375 hours of instruction including 30-hours of facilitated coaching practice, 200-hours of self-directed learning, and 175 hours of blended learning. I am also trained as a Wayfinder through the Martha Beck Wayfinder program - a year long 211 hour coach training program. This means I have had extensive training in how to guide others through the transformation process towards their true purpose and passions. In addition, I am a Focused Awareness Meditation Instructor through Dr. Susan Taylor’s Meditation Specialist Teacher Training program and the Center for Meditation Science. I have also been certified as a Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). Finally, I have studied with Daoist Abbot Lǎo Zhì Chǎng of the Dragon Gate Sect for three years. This has given me extensive knowledge of various aspects of Daoism, including the five branches of Daoist training which are Philosophy, Physical, Yogic/Alchemical, Mystery, and Herbal schools, as well as internal cultivation and meditation practices. My comprehensive training and experience make me uniquely qualified to help you achieve your life goals.
