- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide detailed written estimates that clearly break down labor, materials, and any additional work needed. No surprises. We believe in transparency: change orders only happen if you request modifications to the original scope. If something unexpected comes up during a project (common in older homes), we stop and walk you through your options before doing any additional work. Permit costs are included in estimates. Our pricing reflects the quality, experience, and attention to detail we bring to every job, and a job done right the first time is always more cost-effective than one that needs to be revisited in a few years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand your vision, goals, and project scope. From there, we assess your property's condition, develop a plan, and provide a detailed written estimate. Once work begins, we maintain constant communication from commencement to completion. Our team handles all permit applications and coordinates with local suppliers so you don't have to.

Our team brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial painting, stucco, EIFS, remodeling, and general contracting. We stay current with industry trends and techniques to offer clients the finest solutions available. We are fully licensed and insured, and our crews are trained in professional-grade application methods for both interior and exterior work.
