My service stand out because my customers like the way I made the design for them and choose color for them and help them pick out which design they like to put on their quilt, pillow or table runner. I enjoyed it every different quilt that I made for them. I like to measure each design that need to fit into their quilt size. I love to make color selections to make it look "Wow!" I love to challenge it like I did for dog bandanas to become a quilt. Also, for baby clothes and try to create different ways to make each one an unique look.

Meeting Carla and her Husband was a pleasure, and they were as enthusiastic about my jacket quilt project as i was. Their ideas were right on track with my own. We had a good conversation about the details of the project from start to finish, I was very impressed with their ability to make me almost see the finished quilt as they looked through the jackets I brought and talk over where each could be used. Carla's price was also very reasonable. I will update my post with a picture of the quilt when it is finished. I can't wait to see it!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to see the pattern they have bought and see if there is enough for those quilt and I may even suggest what color and maybe add embroidery to their quilt to make it more beautiful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained myself and learned a lot through the quilt book and looking at color selections. Also, I looked at the design and I will make my own to make it look beautifully. There are few things that I do not do a project such as designing a logo, embroidery name on “fur” stocking, and king size quilt( I will do throw size, twin and queen size)!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my own side business in 2001 to now as I loved to show people what I have done lately and most loved the quilt and love to challenge the color and size.
