The attic fan that hasn’t been working for several years (my own fault) is finally fixed. Work was done quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price. Miguel left everything very clean despite having to crawl through a lot of insulation. 🙂 Many thanks!!!

I cannot speak more highly of them!

They came out and did an assessment of my attic fan to truly see if it needed to be replaced, or just have some new parts.

He was able to see that it was just the motor and thermostat that needed to be replaced, took them out that day and scheduled the follow up to install all the new parts 3 days later.

He showed up on time, communicated clearly and in a timely manner, and was very professional.

I’ll be recommending him to my friends that have projects and keep him in mind for my own projects moving forward.

From Google

I recently hired Mike and his team at JST outlets for front yard pathway lights and tree up lighting. It was a big job! I then asked them to do other small projects, fixed a bathroom wall heater and replace a couple outlets in the kitchen.I couldnt be more impressed with their service. The communication was clear, friendly, and professional. They tackled the electrical issue in my home quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess behind. Its clear they take pride in their work, and their expertise gave me peace of mind.I also appreciated their fair pricingthere were no hidden costs, and the price was exactly what was quoted. I will definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs!
