I had an amazing experience with Johnson chimney company from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did a very clean and thorough job. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction the way they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable service definitely a 5-star experience!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Pricing depends on the type of garage door service, parts required, and the complexity of the repair or installation. Our technician will inspect the garage door, explain the available options, and provide pricing before starting any work.
We also offer competitive pricing and may have seasonal discounts or special promotions available. Contact us for a personalized estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and hassle-free. When a new customer contacts us, we first discuss the garage door issue and schedule a convenient appointment. Our technician arrives on time, inspects the garage door and opener, identifies the problem, and explains the recommended repair or replacement options.
We provide clear pricing before any work begins. Once approved, our technician completes the service professionally, tests the garage door for proper and safe operation, and makes sure the customer is satisfied before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive hands-on training and have extensive experience working with residential and commercial garage door systems. We are trained in garage door installation, repairs, spring and cable replacement, opener troubleshooting, safety inspections, and preventative maintenance.
We stay up to date with current garage door systems, equipment, and safety practices to provide professional, reliable, and safe service for every customer.
