Oded was very professional and courteous when he came to our home to assess fireplace needs. The technician assigned to clean and repair arrived on time, went straight to work at cleaning and repairing our fireplace. He did a great job and was very professional. Will highly recommend company to others.

Francois came earlier than scheduled, which was fine as we were home. He made the repair quickly. I felt it was pretty pricey for the amount of time/work involved. Nonetheless I don’t know how to do it myself so a professional with the knowledge and experience was required.

Francois was fabulous! He gave us a reasonable price & did excellent work on our chimneys. We appreciated how he took the weather into consideration when scheduling the repair so that it would be done accurately. He was a fun person to talk with too!

I had a great experience with TTS. They were quick to respond and had great communication while we figured out what day and weather would work best for the project. They were timely and completed the work promptly and completely. Only two things or I would give 5 stars which are 1) that they only accept Zelle, check or cash and it would be good to know that upfront and 2) would be best if they work shoe covers since there was a lot of in and out for this project. But overall I am satisfied.
