Introduction: I am so happy YOU are here and ready to focus on your well being. I feel as if a weight was lifted from my shoulders when I began practicing mindfulness meditation in 2016. As a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher through University of Massachusetts and Brown University, I believe everyone could benefit from meditation or as some like to call it mind set coaching. When you start living with awareness you will see a change in your relationship with yourself and others around you. If you struggle with weight loss and have already tried EVERYTHING in the books you have come to the right place. I will help you see this through. I am ready to explore this journey with you and prepare you to love yourself the way you always were made to. Currently offering Weekly Group Guided Meditation classes via Zoom Thursdays 7:30 pm - 8:15 pm CST. $20 per month or $10 per class. One on One Mindset Coaching $50 per hour Love, Stephanie <3

My company has Steph come in twice a month to guide us in meditation. She is punctual, professional and truly cares about mindfulness stress reductions. She is very responsive to feedback and provides a great service. Would 100% recommend!!

Wonderful introduction to meditation! The meditation session was well guided and perfect for a first timer like myself. It was a super soothing and relaxing experience.
