This is a warning review to any customers thinking of hiring this pro. They are not licensed, not insured and offered to do tree removal on my property. A tree feel on my house, they did not remove the debris that they said they would, and instead stacked it on a fire hydrant. They damaged my neighbors gate. They harassed me by text message, called me a bitch and liar when I tried to communicate with them. I had to file a police report about their threatening behavior. I submitted a complaint to Thumbtack, but they are still allowing them to operate on this platform. I am very concerned for this company being allowed to operate on this app. I will never use thumbtack again, and I can't stress enough not to use this company for anything!!!!' I guess I can't submit a video of the tree falling on my house, but I have submitted the debris they left on the fire hydrant, and our text messages.
