First time using Thumbtack. Yesterday evening out of curiosity I inquired about having this railing that has been sitting around for 2 years waiting for my husband to install. To my surprise Pavlo responded immediately. He answered all my questions & was knowledgeable & patient. I was also surprised he said he was available tomorrow. He arrived on time, was professional & did a very nice job. He even went over & above by painting the fasteners black.
