- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and thats what I like the customer to understand. Usually we base our pricing per job and do our best to be reasonable. But know that pricing can always change based on the challenge of the job once arrival at the property. which we always ask for photos of what we will deal with in order to give the best possible price to make our customers feel satisfied and have them, family or friends calling us back again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking what needs to be done. what area is where we will be working around. explain what will we be doing, How, and why. detail the process of the job to give the customer an understanding and peace of mind that everything will get done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just watched learned and got trained from the best where I'm able to lead and share my knowledge with others that want to learn.
