Cesar and Adrian arrived at the scheduled appointment time and got right to work to install my smart thermostat. Unfortunately we ran into a problem with the wiring, but Caesar explained the situation clearly and gave me options. I felt comfortable asking them questions and they provided helpful responses. They also cleaned out the dryer vent, and I'm very happy with their work. I'll definitely be in contact with them for future projects.

Had a great experience with Super Ducts and Saul the technician. He was able to come out the same day and fix the issue for me. He was very responsible in making sure that the furnace worked and blowing hot air before he left.
I had a bad experience just the day before from another company, and I thought I was gonna freeze another night. I'm so glad to have found Super Ducts and get the furnace back on. For the honesty and professionalism, I would highly recommend this company and know who I'll reach out to for future requests.

Ceaser and his team did a terrific job to clean our air ducts and tuned up the furnace. And they also kindly helped up installed our dryer back. Highly recommend.

Super Ducts came out in less than 24 hours of initial call to clean dryer vent. The tech not only cleaned the vent but also fixed the dryer vent attachment, which I really appreciated! Would definitely recommend!
