He also provided information about the cleaning solution used, which gave me peace of mind considering my chemical sensitivities. On the day of service, he arrived within the window of time specified and was extremely professional. They just finished cleaning the carpets in my apartment today and I couldn't be happier with the results. There was a dark stain on my living room carpet that was there when I moved in several years ago and they got it out without any issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. They were very professional and polite during the cleaning.

We are both IICRC certified technicians. This requires continuing education in our field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm not cut out for the desk job. I don't like to wear a suit. After I graduated college and worked for a year in my profession it became clear I needed to work for myself. I did this part time during college and seemed like a great idea to do it full time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
most common is carpet cleaning and the next most popular would be air duct cleaning.
